Microsoft Publisher

Image
Microsoft Publisher is a graphic design application that is similar to Microsoft Word but differs in the fact that its emphasis lies more on page layout and design and less on word composition and formatting. Microsoft Publisher provides easy-to-use and less expensive publishing options for creating designs and logos for small business.   In Microsoft Publisher it has many options like a newsletter, calendar, business letters, brochures, postcards and many more. When we select any of the options we get different readymade templates. We can even create our own design and templates using options given. I think that it will help users to become more creative and it really saves time.

What is Spreadsheet? A spreadsheet is a document which stores information in rows and columns. We can use a spreadsheet in many ways in teaching and learning. I knew that we can help students to manage to work with complex sets of numbers and save time by allowing for quick calculation. It will help them in mathematics and while collecting data. For teachers, it will benefit to keep the record of student's scores of test and exam. And we can also keep the record of students homework grades and assignments to keep a tally of the overall class grade. It will also help while plotting graphs. I feel that it is easy to use with amazing features. It is easy we have large data to interpret and compare.

We can add pictures, sound, theme, texts on the pictures, and upload power point in a flipbook. I found flipbook applicable in teaching and learning because we can use this idea to add visual aids in teaching to motivate students to learn. We can use Flipbook in preparing an interesting presentation, maintaining journals, portfolio etc. using animations, sound/ music, and themes. So, we can gain student's attention and keep them on the track. In Google search as Kvisoft FlipBook Maker Pro
