What is Google Docs?
Google docs are a free web-based application in which documents and spreadsheet can be created, edited, and stored online.


We can add links, images and drawings. We can create and edit text documents right in a web browser- no special software is required. Every change made in the document is saved automatically. Files can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection.

How to use Google Docs?
v  To use Google doc you need an account (Gmail)
v  Accessed to internet


Step1. Click on a search engine (Google Chrome) and write “Google Docs)
Step 2. Click on Google Docs- Create and edit a document online for free.
Step3. Click on ‘Go to Google Docs’
Step 4. Sign in your Gmail and click next. And enter the password and click on sing in.
Step 5. To write click on a blank sheet with plus sign

To share your document
Ø  Open the file you want to share
Ø  Click Share
Ø  Enter the email addresses of Google groups you want to share with.
Ø  Choose what kind of access you want to grant people:
§  Can edit- can add and edit content as well as add comments.
§  Can comment- can comment, but not edit content.
§  Can view- people can view the file, but not edit or add comments.
Ø  Click Send
Everyone, you shared the document will receive an email with a link to the document.
